We are growing!  We had record new business wins in 2018 and are looking to repeat in 2019! We are looking to hire a professional Sales and Business Development representative (SDR/BDR) to join our Marketing and Sales team. If a successful sales career in the software industry is what you are looking for, this job is perfect for you. This position is an introduction to the world of enterprise level sales and software solutions, offers great advancement opportunity and earnings potential. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Researching and expanding our database by identifying key contacts in new markets 
  • Generating new business by contacting potential decision makers and influencers, and finding those that are a fit for our products.  This will involve making cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn and networking within our existing database to identify prospective customers and elicit interest 
  • Earn commissions by identifying new prospects and generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and appointments 
  • Participate in routine training sessions in Factory Operations Management (our niche), ShopVue functionality (our flagship product) and telesales skills 
  • Occasionally, travel to customer sites to see first-hand how our systems benefit customers

  • Able to ask probing, qualifying questions and gather key data 
  • Able to be task oriented and keep pace with weekly activity targets 
  • Committed to keeping accurate records in our CRM system 
  • Someone willing, able and committed to learning sales, and excited to learn our software and about our customers
